Using direct current servo motor as a power source, this testing machine adopts the chip integrated advanced technology, professional design to enlarge the data acquisition and control systems, test power amplification, A/D conversion process of implementation of the dual control and display of all digital adjustment. The machine can be of various metals, non-metallic and composite mechanical properties of materials testing and analysis, widely used in aerospace, petrochemical, machinery manufacturing, electric wires, cables, textiles, fibers, plastics, rubber, ceramics, food, medicine packaging, plastic pipes, plastic doors and windows, geotextile fabric, film, wood, paper, metal materials and manufacturing. According to GB, JIS, ASTM, DIN, ISO standards, this machine can automatically test the greatest value, the value of fracture strength, yield strength, upper and lower yield strength, tensile strength, compressive strength, fracture elongation, tensile elastic modulus the amount of bending modulus of elasticity, etc testing data.
- Stop automatically: after moving beam stop automatically as the specimens broken；
- Demarcate automatically：the system can realize the demarcate of indication accuracy；
- Process realize: testing progress, measurement display etc as per SCM；
- Limit protection: have progress control and machinery protection；
