W-B75 Webster Hardness Tester
The W-B75 Webster Hardness Tester, also known as Webster Hardness Pliers, is specially designed for soft metals such as aluminum alloy profiles, pipes, plates, copper alloy, copper, and stainless steel. It can quickly determine the aging condition of aluminum alloys, distinguish different grades and aging states, with easy operation and direct reading, featuring high accuracy and reliability, and complies with China's YS/T420-2000 and American ASTM B647-84(2000) standards. Its key parameters include: applicable specimen thickness of 0.6-6mm, test range of 63-105HW, and accuracy of ±0.5HW.

Webster hardness testers also known as Webster hardness pliers, it is applied to the quick test for the hardness of aluminum alloy profiles, pipes, plates, aluminum parts and other soft metal such copper alloy, copper, stainless steel. It can be used to estimate whether the aluminum profile has aging or whether the aging is qualified, distinguish different aluminum grades and different aging condition. The tester is the first choice instrument for testing the mechanical property of aluminum alloy profiles.
Webster hardness tester is easy to operate, just clamp the work piece, and then read the hardness value directly.
It focus on high efficiency and good reliability which conform to the China non-ferrous YS/T420-2000 and American standard ASTM B647-84 (2000).
