SXQ-ZK1 Vacuum Mounting Press
Mounting is a very important process of metallographic sample preparation, especially for some difficult holding tiny samples, irregularly shaped samples, and what needs for protecting edge or automatic grinding and polishing, mounting is an essential procedure before sample preparation. SXQ-ZK1 vacuum mounting press has a compact design, large capacity, simple and fast operation, and high reliability. The built-in vacuum pump can quickly and effectively evacuate, suitable for vacuum cold mounting of epoxy resin. It can effectively remove bubbles in the sample and resin, allowing the resin to penetrate into the pores and cracks of the sample, obtaining a sample without bubbles and pores, and improving the final mounting effect of the sample. It is very suitable for porous materials, such as the preparation of failure analysis specimens for cracks, porous castings, and composite materials, and electronic components, rock minerals, ceramics, etc.

According to different materials and samples, 80 sets of process parameters can be saved and called up.
