The SQG-50 metallographic sample cutting machine adopts a worktable longitudinal push cutting method, with a sturdy and reliable double-sided clamping structure. It is equipped with a transparent observation window, LED lighting, and a circulating cooling water tank. The maximum cutting diameter can reach Ø 100mm, the worktable longitudinal stroke is 265mm, and the motor power is 4KW. It is an ideal equipment for cutting various metal material samples.

Introduction:
SQG-50 metallographic sample cutting machine is suitable for cutting various metal materials. The cutting is carried out by the longitudinal pushing of the platform, with a large cutting range and strong cutting ability.
Double sided clamp structure, firmly fixing the sample. The main components such as clamp jaws and cutting table are made of stainless steel material, with a long service life.
Equipped with a built-in flushing water gun, the maintenance is convenient.
The cutting chamber adopts transparent organic glass windows and built-in LED lighting, and it is equipped with a strong exhaust device to make the observation clear.
The cutting door is equipped with limit switch to ensure safety.
Side opening, suitable for cutting long strip samples.
Cabinet style structure, convenient for storing various cutting consumables.
Equipped with a circulating cooling water tank, the surface of the cut sample is bright, smooth, and burn free, making it an ideal equipment for sample cutting.
