SQG-40A Multifunctional Cutting Machine Specially designed for sample preparation of various metallographic materials, achieving strong cutting through horizontal blade adjustment and vertical feed. The core component is made of durable and easy to maintain stainless steel material. The enclosed cutting room is equipped with a safety interlock and observation window, and a 60L circulating cooling water tank ensures a smooth and burn free cut surface. The maximum cutting capacity is 65 × 65mm, compatible with a diameter of 250 × 2 × 32mm grinding wheel, spindle speed of 2800r/min, and 380V three-phase four wire power supply.

Introduction:
This machine is suitable for various metallographic materials. The cutting thickness of the material can be adjusted by the lateral movement of the cutting table, and then the sample can be cut by the longitudinal movement of the spindle, which has strong cutting ability and convenient operation. The main parts of the clamp and cutting table are all made of stainless steel, which has long service life and convenient maintenance. The cutting chamber adopts closed structure with safety limit switch, and it has the transparent plexiglass window and built-in LED lamp for observation when cutting. With cabinet structure, it is easy to store all kinds of cutting consumables. With circulating cooling water tank, the surface of the sample after cutting is bright and flat without burns, thus it is the ideal equipment for sample cutting.
