SLA400 Precision Automatic Vision Measuring Machine
The SLA400 high-precision automatic video measurement instrument is a multi-sensor fully automatic optical measurement system with a fixed bridge design. The optical system and displacement sensors are installed on the moving bridge structure. The part remains stationary, facilitating the user's access and placement. The equipment consists of the equipment main unit, light source and imaging system, grating counting system, motor motion control system, measurement software, dedicated computer, and installation computer desk. It is the highest stage of the current high-precision optical image measurement technology integration. Multiple sensors such as image, point laser, line laser, probe, and probe changing frame can be used simultaneously in the same measurement coordinate system to meet the diverse needs of part measurement. The measurement software has highly intelligent and automated characteristics. It can learn and remember the operation processes such as measurement path, focusing, point selection, function switching, manual correction, and light matching, thus freeing the operator from the tiring and precise visual alignment, frequent point selection, repetitive positioning, function switching, and increasingly heavy tasks of measuring parts, and increasing the batch measurement efficiency of the workpiece by hundreds of times.
