SJMQ-1000Z Automatic Precision Cutting Machine
This machine is a PLC automatic controlled metallographic sample cutting machine. It can also be manually operated by turning the handwheel to move the platform. The whole machine has a solid structure and a reasonable design. It adopts an electromechanical separation structure, effectively protecting electrical safety. The electrical components are placed in a lower cabinet, making maintenance and upkeep convenient and extending the service life. It is equipped with Schneider Electric and Mitsubishi PLC, providing precise automatic control in the X, Y, and Z directions. The intelligent cutting function can adjust the feed rate according to the material hardness, achieving rapid cutting results. The cutting speed is controlled by a frequency converter, offering extremely high reliability and control capability. Both sides of the machine are open, making it highly suitable for the sampling processing of long strip-shaped samples. The cut samples have a bright, smooth surface without burn marks, making it an ideal equipment for sample cutting.
