SHV-5000M Digital Vickers Hardness Tester
The SHV-5000M Digital Vickers Hardness Tester is a high-precision hardness testing device integrating optics, mechanics, and electronics. It uses a closed-loop control system to precisely control the test force, ensuring the repeatability and stability of test results. It eliminates the need for manual table lookups and directly displays indentation diagonal length, hardness values, and other data, with support for automatic measurement, automatic turret shifting, and data printing. Key specifications include a test force range from 4.9N to 490N, fully automatic test force loading (Loading/Dwell/Unloading), and a maximum total magnification of 200X.

Feature:
SHV-5000M Digital Vickers hardness tester is a high-tech and new product combining the optics, mechanic and electrics features. It adopts load cell control system, improves the precision of the test force and the repeatability and stability of the indicating value. With digital measuring eyepiece, no need for checking the table or inputting the diagonal of the indentation, it can directly show the test force, indentation length, dwell time, test numbers, conversion scale, date and time. As long as press the eyepiece button after measuring the indentation length, it can automatically get the hardness value and shows on the screen. Test results can be saved for checking or be printed out by the built-in printer, and with RS232 interface for connecting to the computer. It can be equipped with LCD video measuring device and CCD image automatic measuring system.
