SHRS-450E Motorized Superficial Rockwell Hardness Tester
The SHRS-450E motorized superficial Rockwell hardness tester features an automatic loading/unloading mechanism for test forces, which are regulated by a load-change handwheel. It allows dwell time selection from 2-6 seconds for easy operation, with no manual error except for dial zero-setting, ensuring high sensitivity and stability. Ideal for hardness testing of surface-quenched steel, surface/chemically treated materials, copper/aluminum alloys, sheets, zinc/chrome/tin layers, bearing steel, and cold-hard castings, its key specifications include an initial test force of 3kgf (29.42N), total test forces of 15/30/45kgf, and a resolution of 0.5HR.

SHRS-450E motorized superficial rockwell hardness tester adopts the mechanism of automatic loading and unloading of the test force, the test force is regulated by the load-change hand wheel.
