SHR-1500E Rockwell Hardness Tester
The SHR-1500E Motorized Rockwell Hardness Tester features a fully automatic loading and unloading mechanism, with test forces regulated by a load-change handwheel. It allows adjustable dwell time for easy operation, and its dial zero-setting function eliminates human error, ensuring high sensitivity and stability. Suitable for hardness testing of various metallic materials such as quenched steel and tempered steel, it offers a total test force range from 10kgf (98.0N) to 150kgf (1471N), a hardness resolution of 0.5 HR, and a maximum specimen height of 175 mm.

SHR-1500E Motorized Rockwell hardness tester adopts the mechanism of automatic loading and unloading of the test force, the test force is regulated by the load-change hand wheel. It can select the dwell time and is very easy to use. Besides setting zero to dial, there is no man-made error. The instrument has high sensitivity and stability.
Application:
Suitable for quenched steel, tempered steel, annealed steel, cold and hard casting, malleable cast iron, hard alloy steel, aluminum alloy, copper alloy, bearing steel etc.
