SHB-3000XZT V3.0 Full Auto Brinell Hardness Tester
The SHB-3000XZT fully automatic Brinell hardness tester is an integrated precision testing device. It adopts a closed-loop control system for precise test force loading, with a maximum test force of 3000kgf (29420N). Equipped with 20× and 40× dual objectives with automatic switching function, and a 210×210mm X-Y automatic test table, it supports automatic measurement and conversion of hardness values, and can directly generate WORD/EXCEL reports. It meets international standards such as ISO 6506 and ASTME10, and is widely suitable for hardness testing of various metal materials.

The main body adopts cast iron structure which minimizes the deformation.
The shell has undergone natural aging treatment for more than half a year, and its physical properties are stable.
The structure realizes a 1:1 high-precision gravity sensing system combined with zero gap ball screw force control, using a 0.03 level force sensor to ensure precise and error free loading every time.
After heat treatment, the hardness of the lifting screw reaches 35~40HRC, which is beneficial for the stability of the testing data at different heights during lifting.
This instrument has 10 level of test force, 13 Brinell hardness test scales, suitable for different kinds of metal materials.
With three indenters and two objectives, no need to change the indenters when testing different samples; with rigorous optical structure and high magnification, it makes the indentation observed clearly.
According to the selected scale, with automatic shifting the instrument will automatically select the corresponding indenter and objective for measurement. Switching positioning adopts a dual combination of mechanical and photoelectric limits to improve positioning accuracy.
The automatic lifting test table adopts precise structure with high stability, and it can also quickly rise or descend with jog operation.
It adopts the integrated design of hardness tester and micro computer, and it has all functions of computer with Windows operating system.
With CCD image measuring system, touch screen operating and displaying, real time saving and list display of indentation length and hardness value data results, capable of generating WORD or EXCEL reports.
With USB, VGA, LAN ports, it can connect to the internet and other devices for more optional functions.
Function:
SHB-3000XZT, fully automatic Brinell hardness tester adopts precise structure design, the load of test force is controlled by the sensor, which makes the whole structure compact and loading of test force stable and exact. With built-in touch screen and micro computer, it makes the parameter setting and results show directly with easy operation, it also avoids the stimulation and visual fatigue of the light source of the eyepiece, and reduces the measuring error. After select the scale, the instrument will automatically select the indenter and objective, the test table rises automatically and then back to the focusing position after touching the indenter. Then it automatically loads, dwells, unloads, and switches to the objective, with clear indentation display and automatic measurement, achieving one click automation of Brinell measurement.
