QM90 Instant Video Measuring Machine
The QM90 Instant Video Measuring Machine is a high-efficiency precision measuring device with dozens of times the measurement efficiency of traditional video measuring machines, supporting one-click measurement and simultaneous flash measurement of multiple workpieces. Equipped with a splicing imaging function, it can quickly detect various workpieces such as circuit boards, and with a point laser component, it can perform height measurements like step differences and hole depths. The lens supports auto-focusing and can record multi-layer data with one click, outputting inspection reports and product control data in real time. With core parameters including a measuring range of 82×55mm, repeatability of ≤±2μm, and a maximum splicing stroke of 255mm, it fully meets the efficient measurement needs of precision manufacturing.
