MC300 Metallographic Tools Measure Microscope
The MC300 Metallographic Tools Measure Microscope is a high-precision instrument for non-contact inspection and 2D precision measurement. It is widely used in industries such as machinery, electronics, aerospace, as well as research institutes and universities, enabling the detection of dimensions, angles, forms, positions and other parameters of precision parts, electronic components, circuit boards, etc. Equipped with AC servo motor and Z-axis CNC control, it adopts high-precision TBI ground ball screw rod and "Preme" linear scale, achieving a positioning accuracy of 0.002mm and a resolution of 0.0001mm. It features a 1.3M pixel industrial color CCD and CSIC infinity correction optical system, supporting customized report output in Excel/PDF/CAD formats. The core model MC-300 has a table travel range of 300×200×150mm, a load capacity of 30KG, and a measurement accuracy of (2+L/200)μm, making it an ideal device for precision inspection in production lines and metrology departments.

Usage:
