LA500 High-Precision Automatic Vision Measuring Machine
The LA500 high-precision automatic video measurement instrument is is a high-precision fully automatic optical measurement system with a fixed bridge design. The X-axis and Y-axis are independently controlled for movement, which reduces the moving inertia of the mechanism and is conducive to high-precision positioning movement. The XY axes are made of high-rigidity marble to ensure strength and have excellent thermal stability. It adopts a 1:13 object-space telecentric coaxial optical tube with excellent distortion correction design, fully ensuring the accuracy of size measurement at all positions within the field of view. The object-space resolution is below 1um, and it supports 2/3-inch sensor cameras. At the same magnification, a larger field of view can be obtained, and the detection efficiency is increased by more than 90%. With a new structural design and process optimization, the lens service life is increased by 200%, and the magnification on the same optical measuring machine is increased by 100%, enabling easy measurement of any product.

With a compound probe system and 3D measurement software, it is highly suitable for on-site use of miniaturized three-dimensional measurement.
The software can import 3D model files in Iges, Step or DXF format, enabling the import and measurement of 3D models.
CAD is directly used to guide the measurement and complete the comparison between the actual and theoretical values. This has increased the measurement efficiency by 2 to 3 times.
It can complete the measurement of ISO (Y14.5M) form and position tolerances such as position tolerance, curve contour tolerance, and surface contour tolerance.
It features multiple measurement methods such as automatic edge-finding, segmented automatic edge-finding, direct point-taking on the mouse screen, and crosshair point-taking.
