E300 Vision Measuring Machine
The E series manual image measuring instrument features high precision, high reliability, reasonable structural design, attractive appearance, simple operation and easy maintenance. Its outstanding performance is attributed to the use of marble instrument base, high-quality optical system and user-friendly measurement software in this instrument. The X, Y and Z axes of this machine are manually controlled; it uses non-tooth nut transmission, which enables precise positioning control. The Z axis adopts T-type screw rod transmission and has self-locking function.
The manual image measuring instrument has an extremely high cost-performance ratio. Compared with traditional manual measuring tools, it can achieve functions such as automatic data recording and automatic saving of test images. The measurement consistency is high, and parameterized settings reduce the influence of human factors on the measurement results.
Additional sensors such as probes and coaxial light can be added to achieve simple 3D measurement. For small batches, first pieces, inspections and checks, it can provide reliable measurement data.
