AM2000 -CNC Full-Auto Vision Measuring Machine
This AM-CNC serial full-auto vision measuring machine features extremely high precision, extremely high reliability, a mobile gantry structure with a reasonable design and an attractive appearance, simple operation and easy maintenance. Its outstanding performance is attributed to the use of a solid marble base, high-quality optical system, and an easy-to-operate measurement software in this instrument. The X and Y axes adopt the latest linear motors, and the Z axis uses a Panasonic full-closed-loop motor drive. It has an automatic measurement programming software, so this instrument can be applied to the measurement of the inner and outer diameters, rectangular coordinate dimensions and polar coordinate dimensions of precision components, and can complete the measurement and evaluation of shape errors and position errors of the measured workpiece. It is mainly used for the precise measurement of the geometric dimensions of precision products and related components, and has higher measurement performance for products with larger dimensions.
