A400 Automatic Vision Measuring Machine
The A400 automatic video measurement instrument features high precision, high reliability, a well-designed structure, an elegant appearance, simple operation and easy maintenance. Its outstanding performance is attributed to the marble instrument base, high-quality optical system and user-friendly measurement software it adopts. The machine is driven by CNC motors on the X, Y and Z axes. It is equipped with automatic measurement programming software, thus it can be applied to the measurement of inner and outer diameters, Cartesian and polar coordinate dimensions of precision parts, and can complete the measurement and evaluation of shape and position errors of the workpiece. It is mainly used for the precise measurement of the geometric dimensions of products and related parts. The greatest advantage of this equipment lies in its ability to perform batch rapid automatic programming measurement, precise automatic focusing, achieving more accurate and faster measurement work, and reducing manual measurement errors.
